Phoenix One Health Solutions has developed new and exciting nutrition programs for our clients. The research and foundation were completed with my career within the Department of Justice to improve fitness levels and decrease. The program’s basics took close to one year of research before developing the first of many nutritional programs. The results were excellent. Within the first three years in the program development stage, we had over 600 Volunteers with a 98% improved health and fitness of the participants in only 16 weeks. BodyComp-Plus became the name of my research. The proper education on the science of macro will be your first step into a new lifestyle.
The dropping of the client’s body fat mass, increasing new lean muscle mass, and reducing medications was my top priority as I improved the quality of someone’s health and wellness. We are a true believer that proper nutrition and exercise programming is the fountain of youth.
